Smoked Pork Rind Dip

A new dip with the snack you love! Smoked Pork Rind Dip is sweet, smoky, and creamy to make your party a success.
Instructions
- Step 1: Burning the recteq Ultimate Blend Pellets set your recteq to LO and allow it to come up to temp. Add Rossarooski's Honey Rib Rub on top of cream cheese and place cream cheese on Mesh Cooking Mat.
- Step 2: Once the grill is at temp, place the cream cheese inside recteq and allow to smoke for 20 minutes or until it gets super soft.
- Step 3: While cream cheese is smoking, add the onion, fried onion, hot honey, chicharrones, and ranch dip to electric stand mixer. Mix well. Remove cream cheese and turn grill up to 375°F.
- Step 4: Add cream cheese to mixer and blend slowly. Once all ingredients are well incorporated, transfer mix to a baking dish.
- Step 5: Top with crushed chicharrones and parmesan cheese and place back into the recteq for 15 - 20 mins. Remove and serve warm with Chicharrones.
