The Recteq Flagship 1600 has been an absolute beast from the very first cook. The thing that stood out immediately was how rock steady the temps are. Once you set it, it just locks in and holds without the constant swings I’ve dealt with on other grills. That consistency makes every cook stress free whether I’m running low and slow or cranking up the heat. The capacity on this smoker is honestly wild. There’s more room than I’ll probably ever need, but that’s definitely not a bad thing. From big family cooks to parties and meal prep weekends, this thing can handle it all without feeling crowded. Plenty of space for multiple proteins, sides, and still room left over. Build quality feels solid, the app control is smooth, and everything about the Flagship 1600 screams built for serious cooking. Recteq knocked it out of the park with this one.

Bought it to cook pizza, sausage, brisket, and fajitas for Easter. Great pit that's easy to use.
