It's a homestyle American favorite we can all get behind. This easy main dish is an essential comfort food that we've spiced up with our signature BBQ sauce and ever-popular Ben's Heffer Dust.

Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat recteq to 375°F.
  • Step 2: Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
  • Step 3: Shape the meatloaf using the Mesh Cooking Mat to form a uniformed loaf, flattening the top slightly.
  • Step 4: Cook until the loaf registers an internal temp of 140°F.
  • Step 5: Add your choice of the ketchup or recteq gourmet BBQ sauce to the top and continue cooking until the loaf reaches an internal temp of 155°F. Remove from recteq.
  • Step 6: Allow the meatloaf to rest for 15-20 minutes, then slice and serve.

  • 1/2 pound(s) Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup(s) Ketchup
  • 1/2 cup(s) recteq Gourmet BBQ Sauce

  • Large Mixing Bowl
