Step into downtown Charleston with this smoky, creamy dip filled with the sweet taste of fresh shrimp. Enjoy an amazing evening on your patio with the smoky southern vibes and an awesome seafood starter!

Instructions

  • Step 1: Season shrimp with Ben's Heffer Dust then add to a Mesh Cooking Mat and smoke at 225°F for 45 minutes. Chill, peel, and chop shrimp.
  • Step 2: In a large bowl, mix remaining ingredients.
  • Step 3: Add the chopped shrimp, taste, and adjust seasoning if needed.
  • Step 4: Butter or oil a baking dish and add the shrimp mixture.
  • Step 5: Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes until the mixture is hot and bubbly.

  • 1/4 cup(s) Green Onion, sliced

  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) Garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoon(s) Worcestershire
  • 1/2 tablespoon(s) Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) Horseradish
  • 1/2 tablespoon(s) Hot Sauce
