When you bring together BBQ Brisket and Pizza, the results are perfection!

Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat recteq Bullseye to 500ºF with a recteq Pizza Stone Kit.
  • Step 2: Stretch the dough into a 12 inch round and place on a pizza peel with some semolina flour.
  • Step 3: Rip up the brisket burnt ends and arrange on the dough, break up and add the burrata cheese in larger pieces, and then top with the Harry's Secret Sweet Sauce.
  • Step 4: Place the pizza on the recteq Pizza Stone and allow the pizza to cook for 8 -10 minutes until crisp.
