Instructions

  • Step 1: Prepare Marinade.
  • Step 2: Marinate salmon for 2-4 hours in refrigerator.
  • Step 3: Preheat recteq to 500°F+.
  • Step 4: Place on Mesh Cooking Mat, flesh side down.
  • Step 5: Cook for 3-5 minutes on each side.
  • Step 6: Sprinkle sesame seeds on salmon.

  • 1 tablespoon(s) Red Pepper Flake
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Fresh Garlic, diced medium
  • 2 1/4 tablespoon(s) Jody's Asian Persuasian Rub
