Asian Chicken Frito Lettuce Wraps

Savory Asian-inspired ground chicken with hoisin and ginger is topped with smoky, crunchy Frito chips for bold crunch in every bite.
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat recteq to 400℉ with a cast iron skillet or Dutch oven.
- Step 2: Place the ground chicken in a medium mixing bowl, add the Jody's Asian Persuasion, Hoisin sauce, and ginger. Mix well.
- Step 3: Cook the rice noodles per the package instructions, drain and chill well. Add to a mixing bowl and combine with the cucumber, chili garlic crisp, sesame oil, 2nd Listed Jody's Asian Persuasion. Mix well and place in the fridge.
- Step 4: Add the Fritos to a Mesh Cooking Mat, spray with non-stick spray and sprinkle with Jody's Asian Persuasion, add to the recteq and cook for 6-8 minutes until lightly toasted.
- Step 5: Add the marinated chicken to the cast iron skillet, cook the chicken until slightly crisp and cooked thru about 6-8 minutes until 165℉. Remove from the grill.
- Step 6: To assemble the Lettuce wraps, add a small pinch of the noodle salad, a spoon full of the chicken and top with crushed smoked Frito chips for a great crunch.
