Peach Cobbler Wings

These Peach-Glazed Wings feature tender grilled chicken tossed in a flavorful peach sauce made with Jody’s Asian Persuasion Rub.
Instructions
- Step 1: Burning the Cherry pellets, preheat recteq to 400°F with large Dutch oven inside.
- Step 2: Prepare sauce by melting butter in Dutch oven and adding the sliced peaches.
- Step 3: After cooking for 5-10 minutes add sugar, syrup, preserves, and Jody's Asian Persuasion Rub, then mixing well.
- Step 4: Allow mixture to simmer and reduce 2-3 hours. Add water if needed to thin out.
- Step 5: Remove from recteq and let cool 10-15 minutes.
- Step 6: Add to food processor or use handheld immersion blender to make smooth.
- Step 7: Cut whole wings in half and season evenly with Rossarooski's Honey Rib Rub. Place evenly on Mesh Cooking Mat.
- Step 8: Place in recteq and cook until an internal temperature of 185°F has been reached.
- Step 9: Remove wings and place in large mixing bowl with 3/4 cup of sauce and mix well. Enjoy immediately.
