Country Style Pork Ribs are just the down-home comfort food you've been looking for. Tender, savory, and dripping with a combo of our favorite sauces, the final result is completely delectable.

Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat recteq to 300℉.
  • Step 2: In a large bowl, rub the country style ribs with the yellow mustard, and then season liberally with the Rossarooski's Honey Rib Rub.
  • Step 3: Arrange the country style ribs in a single layer on the cooking grates and allow them to cook for 60-90 minutes until the color is dark.
  • Step 4: Add the country style ribs to a baking dish along with the Harry's Secret Sweet Sauce and the recteq Mild Gourmet BBQ Sauce.
  • Step 5: Cover tightly with aluminum foil and continue to cook for about 60-90 minutes until the meat is tender.
  • Step 6: Allow the meat to rest in the pan for 15-20 minutes before serving.
