Make your own Mediterranean Lamb Burgers with a homemade Tzatziki sauce that adds a creamy contrast.

Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat recteq to 425°F with a Sear Kit.
  • Step 2: Combine all ingredients for the burger, mixing well.
  • Step 3: Shape in to roughly 6 ounce patties, then place in the freezer for 10-15 minutes prior to searing.
  • Step 4: Sear on each side for 4-5 minutes until an internal temp of 145°F is reached.
  • Step 5: Combine all ingredients for Tzatziki and let rest in the fridge for 15-20 minutes before serving.
  • Step 6: To build burger: add to a toasted pita bun and top with Tzatziki sauce.

  • 1/2 cup(s) Feta Crumbles
  • 1 each Egg
  • 1/4 cup(s) Kalamata Olives, chopped
  • 1/4 cup(s) Sun-Dried Tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup(s) Pine Nuts, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 cup(s) Bread Crumbs

Filling

  • 1/4 cup(s) Red Onion

Tzatziki

  • 32 ounce(s) Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup(s) Cucumber, grated
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Dill, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Garlic, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Colden's Freakin' Greek Rub
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Lemon Zest
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Lemon Juice
