The perfect tailgating recipe is on the deck! This tasty Smoked Chicken Green Chili Dip will get the party started right.

  • 1/2 pound(s) Chicken Breast
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Rossarooski's Honey Rib Rub
  • 1/2 pound(s) Cream Cheese
  • 4 ounce(s) Mild Yellow Cheddar, shredded
  • 4 ounce(s) Sharp White Cheddar, shredded
  • 2 ounce(s) Canned Green Chilis
  • 1/2 can(s) Cream of Chicken Soup (10.5 ounces)
  • 1/2 tablespoon(s) Ben's Heffer Dust

Tools Needed

  • 13 x 9 Baking Dish
  • Step 1: Preheat recteq to 250°.
  • Step 2: Season the chicken with the Rossarooski's Honey Rib Rub and place in the recteq. Smoke until it reaches an internal temperature of 165° (about 60-75 minutes depending how thick the chicken breasts are).
  • Step 3: While the chicken cooks, combine the remaining ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  • Step 4: Once the chicken is cooked, allow it to cool for 15-20 minutes, chop well, and add to the cheese mixture.
  • Step 5: Add to a greased 13x9 baking dish and cook at 350° until hot and bubbly (about 25-30 minutes).
