Everything you love about a classic Reuben, combined with legendary recteq smoky goodness brings us this delicious dip.
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat recteq to 375ºF.
- Step 2: In a medium sized bowl combine the mayo, ketchup, pickles, and Ashley's Wild Card White Sauce to create the ultimate 1000 Island Dressing.
- Step 3: In a casserole dish, layer the chopped corned beef, then sauerkraut, then 1000 Island dressing, then Swiss cheese. Top the casserole with the Chef Greg's 4 Letter Rub and bake until golden brown and bubbly, about 25 minutes.
