Polish Sausage Dip

This smoky and creamy Polish Sausage Dip is a fan favorite over here and we're pretty sure it's going to be a big hit on your table. You may have to make two recipes; it's just that good!
Instructions
- Step 1: Smoke the cubed sausage at 325°F for 20-25 minutes.
- Step 2: In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and Worcestershire sauce and mix well.
- Step 3: Add the sausage.
- Step 4: Oil a baking dish and add the sauerkraut (if using) and then cover with the sausage mixture.
- Step 5: Top with parmesan cheese and green onions.
