Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat recteq to 400°F with a 10 inch cast iron skillet.
  • Step 2: Add the sausage and cook for 5-6 minutes until rendered and evenly browned. If there is excessive grease, remove some with a paper towel.
  • Step 3: Add remaining ingredients. Mix well and continue to cook for 30 minutes until the mixture is hot and bubbly.

  • 1 1/2 each Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 7 1/4 ounce(s) Fire Roasted Tomatoes
  • 2 1/4 ounce(s) Green Chilis, canned
  • 2 ounce(s) Sour Cream
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Ray's Loco Gringo Rub
  • 1/2 pound(s) Sharp White Cheddar, shredded
  • 1/4 cup(s) Green Onions, diced fine
