It's the cheeseburger recipe you've been waiting for. Melty cheesy goodness plus all your favorite condiments make the final product perfectly delectable!

  • 1 pound(s) Ground Beef (80-20)
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Ben's Heffer Dust
  • 6 ounce(s) Arugula
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Italian Dressing
  • 3 Brioche Buns
  • 3 Cheddar Cheese Slices
  • 1 White Onions, sliced
  • 1 Tomatoes, sliced
  • Step 1: Pre-heat recteq to 450ºF.
  • Step 2: In a large bowl, mix 1 tablespoon Ben's Heffer Dust and meat together, making sure not to over work meat. Create 6 even burger patties and season with the remaining Ben's Heffer Dust.
  • Step 3: Cook burgers in recteq for 10 minutes a side or until burgers reach 165ºF internal temperature.
  • Step 4: While burgers are cooking, prepare arugula by mixing with Italian dressing in a small bowl.
  • Step 5: Add cheese 18 minutes into cook and melt cheese for 2 minutes and remove from recteq.
  • Step 6: Toast buns on recteq for 1-2 minutes until desired firmness.
  • Step 7: Build burgers by adding 2 ounces of arugula to bottom bun, add burger and top with onions, tomato, and top bun.
