Marinated Flank Steak

Instructions
- Step 1: Combine all marinade ingredients and mix well.
- Step 2: Trim any excess fat and silver skin (membrane) from the ends of the flank steak.
- Step 3: Cover and marinate for 4-8 hours.
- Step 4: Preheat recteq to 500ºF or full using a Sear Kit.
- Step 5: Remove steak from marinade and wipe off any excess with a paper towel.
- Step 6: Season with Ben's Heffer Dust and sear 6-8 minutes per side (130ºF - 133ºF for medium rare).
