These tasty Beer Can Burgers are loaded up with your favorite toppings for a "bun-less" grain-free alternative that will be a home run hit.

Instructions

  • Step 1: Burning the recteq Ultimate Blend pellets, preheat recteq to 400°F.
  • Step 2: Divide ground beef into 4 equal portions and shape them into large balls. Use the bottom of a beer can (or soda can) to press down into the center of each ball of ground beef, creating a deep well.
  • Step 3: Mold the beef around the sides of the can, forming a cup or bowl shape around the can, and then remove the can carefully.
  • Step 4: The walls of the burger should be thick enough to hold the filling. Place burger in jumbo muffin pan to guarantee shape to hold.
  • Step 5: Season the burger cups with Ben's Heffer Dust and fill with shredded cheese, cracked egg, crumbled bacon, green onions, and some additional cheese to top it off. Repeat until burgers are ready.
  • Step 6: Add pan with burgers to recteq and cook for 30-45 minutes or until egg is cooked to desired consistency.
  • Step 7: Remove pan from recteq and sprinkle with additonal cheese or top with some Ashley's Wild Card White Sauce before serving.
