BBQ Brisket and Italian come together for a truly memorable flavor! BBQ Brisket Shotgun Shells have it all: our favorite Rubs & Sauces, delicious smoked Brisket, and creamy cheeses for a recipe you'll eat on repeat.

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat recteq to 325°F and let come up to temp. In a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients except shells, bacon, and recteq gourmet BBQ sauce. Mix until well combined.
Step 2: Stuff uncooked shells gently with brisket mixture, making sure there are no air pockets in shells. Wrap bacon around shell, covering both ends. You might need two pieces of bacon.
Step 3: Brush all side of bacon with recteq BBQ sauce and place shells on Mesh Cooking Mat. Place Mesh Cooking Mat inside recteq and bake for 50-60 minutes or until bacon is crispy. Remove from recteq and allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.

1 teaspoon(s) Red Pepper Flakes
36 ounces Bacon
1 recteq Mild Gourmet BBQ Sauce
