Smash-style beef sliders seared hard on the recteq Smokestone, layered with melty American cheese and served with tons of crunchy frito corn chips.
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat recteq SmokeStone to 400℉.
- Step 2: Season the beef slider patties with the Ben's Heffer Dust and Chef Greg's 4 Letter Rub.
- Step 3: Sear on the Smokestone for 3 minutes until well charred, flip and cook an additional 2 minutes until cooked to desired degree of doneness. Add the American cheese and allow to melt about 1 minute.
- Step 4: To assemble the walking taco style burgesr, slice the bag of Fritos open across the front, fill with your favorite burger toppings and 3 slider patties. Top with burger sauce or your favorite condiments.
