We've heard the debate, but we still love pineapple on pizza! With a blend of sweet and savory flavors, this simple weeknight meal is a hit and an easy way to throw a pizza party for the kids. For authentic pizzeria results, level up this recipe with the recteq Pizza Oven.

Instructions

  • Step 1: Chef’s Note: While all our pizza recipes can be cooked to perfection on any recteq, for that authentic, wood-fired flavor and crispy crust, nothing beats results from the recteq Pizza Oven. It’s compatible with many of our grill models and brings pizzeria-quality results right to your backyard.
  • Step 2: Preheat recteq to 475℉.
  • Step 3: Spread the sauce on the top of the naan.
  • Step 4: Top each pizza with mozzarella cheese, pineapple, and Canadian bacon.
  • Step 5: Cook for 6-8 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
