Here's the perfect snack for kids of all ages, and it's so quick and easy to prepare on the recteq. For better results, use the recteq Pizza Oven or our Pizza Stone and choose the recteq Mesquite Pellets as your best fuel option.
Instructions
- Step 1: Using the recteq Mesquite Pellets preheat your recteq to 400°F. Spray the Mesh Cooking Mat with non-stick spray.
- Step 2: Evenly separate the dough into 10 pieces and place them on the Mesh Cooking Mat. Top each biscuit with Colden's Freakin' Greek Rub and 1 teaspoon of pizza sauce, then add 3 slice of pepperoni to each biscuit. Top each biscuit with cheese.
- Step 3: Place Mesh Cooking Mat in grill and bake for 7-10 minutes or until dough is GBD (Golden Brown & Delicious). Remove from recteq and allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
