  • Step 1: Preheat recteq to 350ºF.
  • Step 2: Place bacon on Mesh Cooking Mat, season with Rossarooski's Honey Rib Rub and cook for 20 minutes.
  • Step 3: Remove from grill and pat dry with a paper towel. Set aside.
  • Step 4: Open Cinnamon Roll package, separate dough, and unroll rolls.While bacon is still warm, cover rolls with bacon evenly, and roll back up. Repeat with remaining bacon and cinnamon rolls. Pack cinnamon rolls evenly in a greased pan.
  • Step 5: Cook 30-40 minutes until golden brown and delicious. Spread icing over the top and enjoy hot!
