Game Day Loaded Potato Skins

Loaded with melty cheese, smoky bacon, and the perfect balanced seasoning blend, these potato skins make the perfect starter.
Instructions
- Step 1: Burning the recteq Ultimate Blend Pellets, preheat your recteq to 400°F.
- Step 2: Slice each potato into 4 quarters, scoop out the inside of each quarter, without tearing the skin of the potato.
- Step 3: Drizzle oil over and inside of potato skins and season with Rossarooski's Honey Rib Rub.
- Step 4: Place potato inside recteq on Mesh Cooking Mat, skin side up and let cook for 8-10 minutes. Remove from recteq.
- Step 5: Fill with cheese and top with bacon. Place back in recteq and let cook until cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove from recteq.
- Step 6: Top with salsa, sour cream and chives. Serve warm.
