Cheesy Pulled Pork Dip

This smoky, cheesy pulled pork dip blends tender pork, creamy cheeses, and bold southwestern flavors for a rich, irresistible appetizer with a kick.
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat recteq to 375ºF.
- Step 2: In your recteq mixing bowl, combine the pulled pork, cream cheese, pepper jack cheese, hatch chilis, sour cream, Harry's Secret Sweet Sauce and the Ron's screamin' Pig Rub.
- Step 3: Next, add the green onions, keeping a little bit out for a garnish at the end. Mix well and move to the cast iron pan. Sprinkle some Ron's Screamin' Pig Rub across the top.
- Step 4: Place dip onto the preheated grill. Check the dip at 20 minutes, the cheese should be melted and bubbly. This should take 20-35 minutes. Pull the dip and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Step 5: Drizzle some extra Harry's Secret Sweet Sauce, a sprinkle of Ron's Screamin' Pig Rub and the green onions over the top. Serve and enjoy.
