Looking for a low-carb, protein-packed snack? Spiced Nuts are unbelievably tasty and ridiculously easy to make on your recteq.

Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat recteq to 250°F.
  • Step 2: In a medium bowl, combine nuts and oil together and toss to coat.
  • Step 3: Add Ron's Screamin' Pig Rub and toss again.
  • Step 4: Place nuts on Mesh Cooking Mat and add to recteq. Smoke for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
  • Step 5: Remove from recteq and allow to cool.
