It's an appetizer that celebrates America's obsession with cheese; Smoked Cheezy Poppers will be a huge hit for the whole family.

Instructions

  • Step 1: Burning the Texas Blend Pellets, set your recteq to 325°F.
  • Step 2: Add cream cheese, cheddar, pepper jack, Ron's Screaming' Pig Rub, and first listed Rossarooski's Honey Rib Rub to your stand mixer bowl, mixing well until well incorporated.
  • Step 3: Slice jalapeños in half and remove seeds and veins of jalapeños. Add cheese mixture to jalapeños and fill.
