Bacon Wrapped Oreos with Sriracha

It's an irresistible treat and the perfect sweet and spicy appetizer for football season!
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat recteq to 300ºF.
- Step 2: Twist open the Oreo cookies to reveal the creamy center. (Chef Greg's note: Only use the cookies that have the cream on the right side, eat the ones that have it on the left. This is a critical step to fully enjoy the cooking process.)
- Step 3: Add a small amount of Sriracha on top of the cream and close the cookie.
- Step 4: Cut the bacon in half and wrap the half slice of bacon around each cookie, placing it bacon seam side down on a Mesh Cooking Mat.
- Step 5: Season with Rossarooski's Honey Rib Rub and add to the recteq.
- Step 6: Cook for 35-45 minutes until the bacon is rendered and crisp.
