Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat recteq to 400°F.
  • Step 2: Season chicken strips evenly with Ron's Screamin' Pig Rub and Chef Greg's 4 Letter Rub and place on recteq. Cook for 15-20 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F. Remove and place in bowl to rest. Turn recteq to 400°F.
  • Step 3: Cut Hawaiian rolls in half, spray pan with non-stick spray, and add bottom of rolls to pan.
  • Step 4: Using your hands, pull/shred chicken apart in bowl until evenly shredded. Add Harry's Secret Sweet BBQ Sauce, toss evenly in bowl, and spread chicken evenly on rolls. Add onions, top with cheese, add top bun, and brush with butter.
  • Step 5: Add pan to recteq and cook at 400°F for 20 minutes or until the rolls have browned and cheese is melted. Let cool for 5 minutes and enjoy.
