With savory Colden's Freakin' Greek Rub, lemon juice, and garlic, the flavor of these Chimichurri Wings truly hits the spot.

Instructions

  • Step 1: Cut wings in half and remove wing tips. Season with 1 tablespoon of Colden's Freakin' Greek Rub and add to a gallon zip-top bag.
  • Step 2: Combine 2 tablespoons of Colden's Freakin' Greek Rub and remaining ingredients in a food processor (or blender) and pulse for 30 seconds. Reserve about 1/2 cup of marinade for later.
  • Step 3: Add marinade to bag, squeeze out air, seal, and refrigerate for 6-12 hours.
  • Step 4: Chef Tip: This marinade is also great on top of beef, pork, and fish!
  • Step 5: Preheat recteq to 400ºF.
  • Step 6: Remove wings from marinade, place on a Mesh Cooking Mat, and cook for 1 hour or until the wings hit an internal temperature of 185ºF.
  • Step 7: Add wings and remaining marinade to large bowl, toss and serve.
  • Step 8: Garnish with cilantro and parsley and enjoy.
