This smoky and creamy Polish Sausage Dip is a fan favorite over here and we're pretty sure it's going to be a big hit on your table. You may have to make two recipes; it's just that good!

Instructions

  • Step 1: Smoke the cubed sausage at 325°F for 20-25 minutes.
  • Step 2: In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and Worcestershire sauce and mix well.
  • Step 3: Add the sausage.
  • Step 4: Oil a baking dish and add the sauerkraut (if using) and then cover with the sausage mixture.
  • Step 5: Top with parmesan cheese and green onions.

  • 2 ounce(s) Sour Cream
  • 2 ounce(s) Mayo

  • 1/8 cup(s) Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 1/2 each Can of Sauerkraut
