Tender and flavorful, this Marinated Flank Steak is a delicious way to get a main course ready in no time flat!

Instructions

  • Step 1: Combine all marinade ingredients and mix well.
  • Step 2: Trim any excess fat and silver skin (membrane) from the ends of the flank steak.
  • Step 3: Cover and marinate for 4-8 hours.
  • Step 4: Preheat recteq to 500ºF or full using a Sear Kit.
  • Step 5: Remove steak from marinade and wipe off any excess with a paper towel.
  • Step 6: Season with Ben's Heffer Dust and sear 6-8 minutes per side (130ºF - 133ºF for medium rare).

Marinade

  • 1 cup(s) Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup(s) Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 cup(s) Red Wine Vinegar
  • 2 ounce(s) Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 cup(s) Worcestershire
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Black Pepper
  • 2 teaspoon(s) Parsley, chopped
  • 2 each Garlic Clove(s)
