    This Classic Chicago Hot Dog with some good ol' wood fired flavor will do the Windy City proud!

    Instructions

    • Step 1: Burning the recteq Ultimate Blend Pellet, preheat your recteq to 400°F.
    • Step 2: Place hot dogs on recteq and grill for 10-15 minutes until hot all the way through.
    • Step 3: While dogs are heating up, open buns up and place 2 teaspoons of mustard down middle of bun. Then add sweet relish on top of mustard.
    • Step 4: When dogs are done, add them to top on sweet relish, then add diced onions, 2 tomato slices per hot dog, dill pickles, sport peppers and a dash of celery salt.
