Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Grapes & Bacon

Instructions
- Step 1: Burning the recteq Ultimate Blend pellets, preheat your recteq to 425°F.
- Step 2: In a large mixing bowl add: sprouts cut in half, grapes, and garlic. Add oil and toss gently.
- Step 3: Season sprouts with Colden's Freakin' Greek Rub and thyme. Add bacon and toss well.
- Step 4: Pour out sprout mixture into a single layer on foil sheet pans. Roast for 25-35 minutes or until sprouts are tender.
- Step 5: Remove from recteq and place in serving dish. Top with balsamic reduction and walnuts. Serve and enjoy.
