Thai Spiced Grilled Shrimp Skewers

Thai Spiced Grilled Shrimp Skewers are the perfect refreshing summer dish.

Instructions

  • Step 1: If using wooden skewers, soak them in cold water for 15-20 minutes.
  • Step 2: On a cutting board, lay the shrimp flat alongside each other in groups of 6-7 depending how long the skewers are. Add the shrimp skewers to a shallow baking dish.
  • Step 3: To prepare the marinade, add the remaining ingredients to a mixing bowl and combine well with a whisk.
  • Step 4: Pour 3/4 of the marinade over the shrimp and allow to marinate 30-60 minutes in the fridge. Save the remaining sauce to brush over the shrimp when grilling.
  • Step 5: Preheat recteq to 500°F, then add the marinated shrimp skewers. Allow the shrimp for cook about 5-7 minutes, then flip and brush with the reserved sauce. Continue cooking until the shrimp are cooked & transparent in color.

  • 2 tablespoon(s) Adam's Southern Citrus Honey
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Jody's Asian Persuasion Rub
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Garlic, chopped fine
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Lemongrass, chopped fine
  • 1/4 cup(s) Cilantro, chopped fine
