A sizzling SmokeStone stir fry loaded with seasoned veggies, teriyaki-kissed rice, and tender shrimp.
Instructions
- Step 1: Burning the recteq Ultimate Blend Pellets, preheat your SmokeStone to 375°F.
- Step 2: Add stir fry veggies to left side of SmokeStone and season with Jody's Asian Persuasion and Chef Greg's 4 Letter Rub. Toss together and let cook for 8-10 minutes.
- Step 3: Add cooked rice to middle of SmokeStone and season it with teriyaki sauce and toss rice and sauce together. Let cook for 5-8 minutes.
- Step 4: Toss veggies and rice together and slide to left side of SmokeStone. Add Shrimp to SmokeStone and season them with Jody's Asian Persuasion, Chef Greg's 4 Letter Rub, and Teriyaki Sauce. Toss together, making sure shrimp are coated. Let cook for 5-8 minutes until shrimp start turning a pink-orange color.
- Step 5: Mix all ingredients together. Make sure everything is well incorporated. Remove from SmokeStone and place on serving dish. Top with Yum Yum sauce and green onions.
