Delicious, smoky, good-to-the-last-crumb recteq Crab Meatballs are the perfect recipe to add to your seafood meal plan!

Instructions

  • Step 1: Add all of the ingredients (except melted butter) to a large bowl and fold together softly with a spatula until they are well combined. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least 30 minutes in refrigerator.
  • Step 2: Burning the recteq Ultimate Blend Pellets set you recteq to 400°F. Form the crab mixture into balls that are about golf ball size, and place them on the Mesh Cooking Mat.
  • Step 3: Brush crab balls with melted butter and place in recteq and cook for 15- 20 minutes. Remove and serve warm.

  • 3 teaspoon(s) Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) Salt
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Adam's Southern Citrus Honey
  • 4 tablespoon(s) Butter, melted

  • Knife
  • Disposable Cutting Board
