Reuben Sandwich

Sizzling corned beef, melted cheese, tangy sauerkraut, and a creamy pickle-forward dressing perfectly pairs with buttery bread for an incredible twist on the classic Reuben.
Instructions
- Step 1: Start your SmokeStone and set it to MedHigh.
- Step 2: While the griddle heats up, make your dressing by combining the Chick-fil-A sauce and pickle relish. Mix well and set aside.
- Step 3: Butter both sides of the bread and place on the griddle to toast each side; then set on a plate. Add 2 tablespoons of butter to the griddle. Lay your corned beef on the butter and let it cook for 2-3 minutes and then toss/flip over. After the first toss, place 3 pieces of cheese on top of the corned beef, 1/4 cup sauerkraut, and cover with a recteq Griddle Dome.
- Step 4: While the cheese is melting, add some dressing to the 2 slices of bread; after everything is melted together, place the meat on the bottom slice of bread, add the top, then cut in half and enjoy.
