Ingredients

Serving Sizes

Philly Cheesesteak Sliders

  • 2 pound(s) Ribeye, shaved
  • 1/2 pound(s) Yellow Onion, julienned
  • 1/2 pound(s) Green Bell Pepper, julienned
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Ben's Heffer Dust
  • 2 ounce(s) Garlic Butter
  • 1/2 pound(s) Provolone Cheese, sliced
  • 12 each Hawaiian Rolls

Tools Needed

  • Step 1: Preheat recteq to 425°F with a flat top griddle or large cast iron skillet.
  • Step 2: Add the shaved ribeye and cook 7-8 minutes until cooked through, draining excess grease if needed.
  • Step 3: Add the onions, peppers, and Ben's Heffer Dust. Cook for 3-4 minutes until tender.
  • Step 4: Cut the Hawaiian Rolls in half, smear half of the garlic butter on the bottoms of the rolls and place in a baking dish.
  • Step 5: Top the bottom of the rolls with the ribeye mixtures. Top with the sliced provolone cheese and then top with the rolls.
  • Step 6: Smear the remaining garlic butter over the tops of the rolls and place back in the recteq for 15-20 minutes until the rolls have browned and become slightly crunchy.
  • Step 7: Allow the sliders to cool a few minutes before enjoying.
