Cheeseburger Sliders

These mini cheeseburger sliders are little bites of smoky heaven!
Instructions
- Step 1: Burning the Ultimate Blend Pellets, preheat recteq to 350°F with a cast iron skillet inside.
- Step 2: Add the ground beef and cook until fully browned and make sure to break it up with a spatula.
- Step 3: Drain excess grease.
- Step 4: Stir in Worcestershire and Ron’s Screamin' Pig Rub.
- Step 5: Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Step 6: Slice the entire pack of buns in half horizontally (don’t separate the individual buns).
- Step 7: Place the bottom half in a foil pan or grill-safe baking dish.
- Step 8: Spread the browned beef evenly across the buns.
- Step 9: Top with cheese slices (cover edge-to-edge for max melt).
- Step 10: Add diced onions and pickles if using.
- Step 11: Place the top half of the buns on.
- Step 12: In a small bowl, mix melted butter with a little mustard (optional). Brush generously over the top buns.
- Step 13: Place the pan on your recteq and bake uncovered at 350°F for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melty and the tops are golden brown.
