Instructions
- Step 1: Using the recteq Ultimate Blend Pellets, set your recteq to 375°F.
- Step 2: Mix the recteq Poultry Injection with water and Honey. Inject into breast and season with Chef Greg's 4 Letter Rub and Chef John's Soul Powder Rub, then let rest for 10 minutes before adding it to recteq.
