Looking for an easy meal that requires no silverware? Try these Korean Bulgogi Chicken Sliders, the recteq smoked finger food that satisfies your cravings!

Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat recteq to 500ºF with a sear kit, flat side up.
  • Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, green onions, Jody’s Asian Persuasion, egg, and panko crumbs. Mix well and place in the fridge for 20-30 minutes for all the flavors to come together.
  • Step 3: In a small mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise and sriracha to create the burger sauce.
  • Step 4: Shape the ground chicken mixture into 3 ounce flat patties.
  • Step 5: Sear for 3-5 minutes a side until the internal temp is 165ºF.
  • Step 6: To assemble the Sliders, toast the Hawaiian Rolls, add some Sriracha Aioli, a piece of butter lettuce, and then a grilled Korean Bulgogi Patty.
