Serve this recipe for Jerk Chicken Lettuce Wraps with Tropical Salsa for a colorful meal bursting with flavor. These vibrant wraps will be a big hit if you are tired of the same old grilled chicken.

Instructions

  • Step 1: Prepare the marinade by adding all of the listed ingredients into a food processor and blend well. Marinate the chicken for 2-4 hours in the fridge.
  • Step 2: To prepare the tropical salsa, add mango, papaya, red bell pepper, jalapeño, avocado, and oranges to a bowl and mix well.
  • Step 3: When the chicken is almost done marinating, preheat the recteq to 450°F. Add the chicken to the recteq and cook for 30-35 minutes, until the internal temp is around 180°F.
  • Step 4: To serve, simply chop the chicken and top with the tropical salsa. You can use green leaf lettuce or tortillas to make your wraps.

Salsa

  • 4 each Avocados, diced medium
  • 3 each Blood Oranges, diced medium

Wrap

  • 1 each Head of Green Leaf Lettuce
  • 1 each Pack of Flour Tortillas
