Add extra flavor to your table with this roasted Cajun turkey recipe. The spicy Cajun seasoning and rich butter rub will make this holiday meal unforgettable.

Instructions

  • Step 1: Inject the creole butter throughout the turkey.
  • Step 2: Rub the outside of the turkey with the olive oil and then season liberally with the creole seasoning. Place the turkey in the fridge for 8-10 hours.
  • Step 3: Preheat the recteq to 325°F, and cook the turkey until an internal temp of 165°F in the breast, about 2.5-3 hours.
  • Step 4: Allow the turkey to rest about 30 minutes before slicing.
