Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat recteq to 325ºF.
- Step 2: Prepare injection by melting butter and mixing with 3/4 cup Buffalo sauce.
- Step 3: Inject mixture into breasts, thighs, and wings.
- Step 4: Separate skin from breast and thigh meat and season under skin with Ron's Screamin' Pig Rub.
- Step 5: Replace skin and season evenly over entire turkey skin with Ron's Screamin' Pig Rub and place in recteq. After 1 hour, baste turkey with remaining buffalo sauce.
- Step 6: Once an internal of 165ºF has been reached in the breast, remove and let rest 10-15 minutes.
