These crispy, flavor-packed wings are seasoned with bold rubs, cooked to perfection on the recteq, and finished with injected blue cheese for the ultimate bite.
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat recteq to 400℉.
- Step 2: In a large bowl, toss the wings in a few tablespoons of the wing sauce as a binder. Season liberally with the Chef Greg's 4 Letter Rub and Ben's Heffer Dust.
- Step 3: Add to the recteq and cook for about 40-50 minutes until the wings hit an internal temp above 185º degrees and the skin is crisp. Flip a few times as needed during the cooking process.
- Step 4: Place the cooked wings in a large bowl, toss with additional wing sauce and using the large tip on the recteq Meat Injector, inject the blue cheese dressing in the middle to create the perfect bite!
