Smoky, tender pork seasoned with bold rubs is cooked to perfection on the recteq and layered into warm tortillas with creamy avocado and fresh salsa.
Instructions
- Step 1: Burning the recteq Ultimate Blend Pellets, preheat your recteq to 350°F.
- Step 2: Season the pork with oil, Ron's Screaming Pig Rub, and Chef Greg's 4 Letter Rub. Place in recteq and allow to cook to an internal temp of 155°F. Remove and let rest.
- Step 3: While pork is resting, slice avocado and place on tortilla. Slice pork and place on the side of avocado.
- Step 4: Top with salsa and serve.
