Looking for the perfect sweet and smoky holiday ham? Our Smoked & Glazed Spiral Ham will fit the bill and can be customized with the glaze of your choice for the best ham you've ever tasted.

Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat recteq to 325ºF.
  • Step 2: Rub ham with mustard binder and season evenly with Rossarooski’s Honey Rib Rub.
  • Step 3: Place wire rack in ½ pan. Put seasoned ham shank side up on rack and add to recteq.
  • Step 4: Cook 1.5 hours, then baste with your favorite glaze.
  • Step 5: Baste every 10 minutes for 30 minutes and remove from recteq.
  • Step 6: Allow to rest 10 minutes and serve.
  • Step 7: (Sauce in pan and remaining glaze can be served as a dipping sauce)
