Smoked Pulled Pork Taquitos take your favorite BBQ and make it into a Tex-Mex style family favorite!

Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat recteq SmokeStone to 400°.
  • Step 2: In a large bowl combine the pulled pork, cream cheese, pico de gallo, shredded cheese and rubs. Mix well.
  • Step 3: Add a small amount of the filling to a corn tortilla and roll up tightly, once all the tortillas are rolled, add the bacon grease to the SmokeStone, then add the taquitos to the grill with the seam side down.
  • Step 4: Allow the taquitos to fry in the bacon fat until golden brown (about 3-4 minutes), then flip over until the other side is golden brown.
  • Step 5: Serve along side your favorite salsa and sour cream.

  • 8 ounce(s) Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup(s) Pico de Gallo
  • 1 pound(s) Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1 pound(s) Pepper Jack Cheese, shredded
  • 18 Corn Tortillas
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Ben's Heffer Dust
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Ron's Screamin' Pig Rub

  • Nitrile Gloves
