Instructions

  • Step 1: Cover the pork shoulder with mustard and molasses mixture.
  • Step 2: Mix ingredients for rub.
  • Step 3: Cover shoulder generously with rub.
  • Step 4: Preheat recteq to 225°F burning the Ultimate Blend Pellets.
  • Step 5: When recteq reaches temp, place the pork shoulder on recteq.
  • Step 6: Brush with mop every hour.
  • Step 7: Cook until internal temperature reaches 195°F-200°F. (Meat should fall apart)
  • Step 8: Serve David's Shoot Yeah Mustard alongside pulled pork.
