There's nothing better than a perfectly glazed spiral ham and you've never tasted one quite like this. Rossarooski's Honey Rib Rub, maple syrup, and smoky flavor from your recteq makes this recipe perfect.

  • Step 1: Preheat recteq to 350°F.
  • Step 2: In a small mixing bowl, combine the stone ground mustard, honey, maple syrup, and Rossarooski's Honey Rib Rub.
  • Step 3: Mix well with a small whisk or fork.
  • Step 4: Add the ham to a large baking dish.
  • Step 5: Using a small knife, score the ham about 1/4 inch deep. Cover the ham with the Maple Dijon Glaze.
  • Step 6: Add the pan to the recteq and cook for about 90 minutes until the internal temperature is 150°F.
  • Step 7: You can baste the ham a few times during the cook if you would like. Allow the ham to rest 15-20 minutes before serving.
